Damaged, defective or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged, doesn't work, or is marked delivered but never showed up, message us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery with your order number (photos help). We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Cancellations
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering to cancel for a full refund. After that, your order is already being processed and cannot be cancelled.
