Shipping cost: FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States — for a limited time.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time: Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or high-demand periods.

Tracking: A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take 2–5 days to update after dispatch.

Multiple items: Orders containing multiple products may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days.

Incorrect address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.

Lost or damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged or is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
